Leaving the lot with our new rig! New to RV Camping…excited and nervous! We came down to the lot 3 times to look at different models and layouts. We had LOTS of questions but Josh was great to answer them and always get back with us quickly! The finance team was great and even put up a fight for us to get the lower rate we deserved! Thank you Rebecca! Our walk through was very informative and helpful with their tech Ryan there showing us all that we need to know and answering all of our questions about the camper itself! Teresa was great and friendly helping us understand the warranty, maintenance checklist, and guiding us around the lot! Thank you again to Josh, Ryan, Rebecca, and Teresa for helping us today! Can’t wait to get camping!

We had an amazing experience at A&L RV Sales in Johnson City, TN. Josh, Rebecca, and Keith helped us find the perfect camper for our family and were so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend the team at A&L RV Sales for anyone looking to purchase a camper in the tri-cities area! 👍

I don’t have a Google account so I asked Josh to use his for this review . I purchased a 2015 Coachmen Pursuit from A&L . This is my first motorhome ! Josh took his time going through how to operate everything and explaining what to expect on my first few trips . Tyler originally had spent some time with me over the phone so I could see the camper , as I am from out of state . Lou helped me get to the number I wanted to be and was very friendly . Rebecca made the final payment smooth and easy . I will recommend A and L in the future !

Josh and the rest of the crew at A&L were awesome. We didn’t feel pressured at any time and had all of our questions answered in a hurry. John was super helpful with the walk through and explained everything so we were ready for our first class a. Theresa made sure our RV was ready and in working order on our pickup date. Amber made the financing simple and even helped us get the lowest quote for insurance.

Buyer Beware We purchased a BRINKLEY RV from A&L RV Sales - Johnson City, TN on February 13 of this year. We brought the unit home to get ready for a month long trip out west. It had a couple small trim repairs that the dealership had to order parts for. After having it home for 2 weeks we were hooking it up to head back to the dealership, when closing kitchen slide the bottom of the slide floor got hung up and busted the subfloor underneath. It’s been in A&L shop for a month and we have been in contact with them and Brinkley customer service. They just seem to be passing blame back and forth on why they can’t get the correct parts. No word at this point for a completion date. We weren’t new to the rv industry so we had heard the horror stories, but it sure sucks when it bites you in the butt. I convinced my wife to sell our Newman Dutch Star and buy a “good quality toy hauler” to haul our toys while we travel. Boy does that get thrown in my face! I understand there are issues with new stuff but it’s just aggravating dealing with a dealership that can’t seem to get the right parts ordered. Seriously questioning their ability to repair correctly. Would anyone that has been in thi
